Rio got comfortable next to him, hugging her arms around him. She was about to say that it was alright and it wasn’t really bothersome, but at the last bit he added, her face turned scarlet and she laughed nervously. “Ahhaa, I noticed. You were pretty much all over me, ya know. I told you before we got even got to the wedding that I didn’t want to rub it all in Chase’s face like a schoolkid with straight A’s. That’d be rude.” She rested her chin on his chest and pouted at him.
"I wasn’t trying to rub it in his face though. He ain’t got anything to be jealous of, he’s got a beautiful wife and a growing family. Besides, everyone was getting a bit touchy feely towards the end there," he pouted as well. But he wrapped his arms around her anyways, giving her a squeeze. “But I’ll try not to do it again, I promise. I don’t want you to be all uneasy and stuff," he said, giving his best grin and puppy dog eyes.
The blonde rolled her eyes, but smiled and looked at the television. “I’m jus’ worried he’ll get all brotherly or somethin’. We grew up together, mind you, so it’s a lil’ bit expected. I’m surprised he wasn’t doin’ anything, really. But then again, he was busy with Muffy and the twins.”
